I read four books this April and also completed three of my challenges for the Popsugar Reading Challenge! I’m working a lot so I feel that four books in one month is quite an achievement, that’s the equivalent to one book a week 🙂
So, without further ado, the books I read this month were:
- Doctor Who: The Complete History #1. I gave this a very biased rating of 5/5 stars. My review is here: https://sherlockianbooklover.wordpress.com/2016/04/07/book-review-doctor-who-the-complete-history-issue-1/
- Doctor Who: The Complete History #3. Another five star review 😉

- The Killing of Polly Carter by Robert Thorogood- I gave this book 3.5/5 stars, but it also helped to complete two challenges of the Popsugar challenge- A murder mystery, and a book set on an island (that island being Saint Marie). My review can be found at this little link: https://sherlockianbooklover.wordpress.com/2016/04/23/book-review-the-killing-of-polly-carter-by-robert-thorogood/
- And finally! The fourth book I read was Guitar Girl by Sarra Manning. I rated this 4/5 stars as it was a re-read and completed the challenge A book you haven’t read since high school. And that’s my reading for April, so far my total books read this year is 19 🙂
What did everyone else read this month?
Thanks for reading!
